Use the step-by-step procedure below to find out who in your department/unit, school, or college holds which Workday security role.
1. Sign in to Workday via the link at the top right of this website.
2. Once in Workday, select the Profile icon in the upper right, then the View Profile button.
3. At the left-hand side of the screen, select Overview.
4. At the top of the page, select the Support Roles tab.
5. Scroll through the table until you locate the desired role in theĀ Assignable Roles column; the Worker column will contain the name of the person with that assigned role.
6. Hover your mouse pointer over the person’s name until the ellipsis (three dots) icon appears, then select it to display their contact information in a popup window.
Typically, employees tend to contact the person/people in their unit who hold the I-9 Coordinator and/or Time and Absence InitiateĀ roles.
